Julia Rappleyea was born and raised in Manhattan Beach California and has lived in the South Bay for her entire life. Julia has been a homeowner in West Torrance for 30 years. She comes from a background of 37 years in the Aerospace industry and brings her many years of management skills to the table when working with her real estate clients. She also has been on the investor side of real estate and understands the ins and outs of purchasing and managing rental property.

Julia Rappleyea attended the University of Redlands and earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Technology. Her years in working on large corporate projects and teams give her a unique insight into how to manage real estate transactions to completion.

Julia Rappleyea entered the Real Estate world in order to seek her passion for real estate. Julia tries to envision the future of a home not just the shell. By listening to her clients needs she is able to assist them in finding the right property to help them accomplish their goals. Julia and her daughter Melissa Rappleyea-Steele have joined KW as a team to take both of their strengths and skills to the next level for their clients.

Julia Rappleyea is married and has three grown children and two grandchildren. She lives in West Torrance with her husband, and fur babies. She spends her free time with family/friends and her grandchildren and loves to keep busy by going for long walks with her daughters and her dog Bella. Julia also enjoys traveling the USA and abroad, camping, hiking, and mostly cooking and entertaining with her family. She also spends time at the family cabin in Green Valley Lake, California.
